Good morning,
So been progressing so far, I didn’t lose much fat(that’s just the morning tummy) but I feel less bloated now and less stuffed in the morning.
My mood in the morning have drastically improved & also my stomach don’t bulge out much when I’m wearing my shirt, that feels good too🤣.
Guess what? I ate NASI KANDAR LAST NIGHT, no it wasn’t my cheat day I just manage my calories in and calories out responsibly.
I can eat like that almost everyday and lose fat.
Understanding the law of calories help you perceive your food and workouts better stop following someone else’s meal plan and strategies.
Learn and start using what’s convenient for you, plan your meals to your availability to it, people are following what’s suitable for them , so you do you.
